Srisuksant Resort（斯瑞苏克桑特度假酒店） ★★★★

Very good location, close to long tail boats , night market 2 mins away, beach. Very good

The hotel has a good location being very close to the beach, accessibility to a lot of restaurants and bars around and 1 min walk distance to the tuk-tuk parking in case you want to go somewhere. They were very nice and helpful to upgrade our room from a twin room to a double room which we really appreciated it. The hotel has 2 pools but we didn’t get the chance to use them so no opinion in this aspect. The breakfast had a variety of options even though we felt like there were more things that were missing in the breakfast buffet. We wanted a place to stay for one night and the price we paid was really reasonable for what we got. However I wouldn’t stay more than 2 days there because of the smell of the mold.

The moment you get into the room you will feel the smell of the mold. It was a bit unpleasant yet bearable. Then we noticed that the lobby and the corridors smell the same so I think it was an issue in general.

They upgraded us to a room with pool view. Room was spacious and clean. The pool is large and good for swimming. The hotel is close to a huge night market.

The staff was somehow unfriendly, very weird compared to Thai people's hospitality we observed during our time in Thailand. The location of the hotel is 10-15 mins walking distance from the attractions.

Location was excellent. Staff friendliness every day all day. The pools were always clean and accessible The restaurant was always clean in the morning.

Room was not cleaned one day out of our five night stay. Breakfast was not great. The safe could have been In our room instead of the reception area. There was a language barrier with majority of the staff.

Location and proximity to beach are excellent. Hotel and grounds cleanliness is extremely good. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Slightly dated decor. Breakfast could do with a bit more variety. Lack of room safes a big negative, but there are safe deposit boxes at reception. The staff should however, give you privacy when depositing or removing items from your box.

The pool was fantastic! And the location is perfect!

Location is brilliant as it’s opposite beach

Pretty old property with things wearing out can be seen.AC water was leaking on longer use . Lots of restrictions in the property and no such wow factor. Staff were also rude and unresponsive

pool is huge and clean. rooms are clean and spacious. cafe connected to the hotel makes the best coffee and offers a good alternative breakfast to hotel breakfast. location across road to boat tours to railway beach.

Looking a little run down in places. seen better days. gym was very ordinary.

La gentillesse du personnel en général. La piscine et le petit déjeuner.

Deux nuits durant, un groupe d'une trentaine de personnes qui avait des chambres avec terrasses en dessous de la notre (206) ont fait du bruit jusqu'à 5h00 du matin la première nuit et jusqu'à minuit la 2eme nuit. Malgré nos remarques auprès de la direction, rien a été fait pour arrêter le tintamarre fait par ces gens qui ne se soucient pas de géner ceux qui dorment. Le manque chaises longues autour de la piscine.

Propreté

Piscine chaude, quand il fait très chaud dehors difficile de se rafraîchir dans la piscine et c’est très dommage. Réveillé à 8h du mat par les sono à fond dans les couloir de l’hôtel qui on diffuser une sorte d’hymne assourdissant

L’emplacement central permettant d’accéder à tous le nécessaire a pied.

Plusieurs personnels de réception ne parlent pas pu très peu anglais, ce qui complique les démarche. Pas forcément aimable pour le « pays du sourire ».

Très bien situé, au calme, en face du service des long trail boat. La chambre est spacieuse, les piscines agréables et le buffet du petit déjeuner présente un très large choix ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
